To create a web portal that solves the dual purpose of rendering important information and generic knowledge sharing about IT avenues & opportunity.  And market the project as a one stop destination for IT companies’ needs.


We began our task on the Wardha IT Park (WIP) project with a three-fold agenda, beginning by creating online web presence, and then elevating to the virtual market place through online marketing, and establishing dynamic search engine presence.

  • We began our work by first creating a web portal that showcases WIP as a world class IT resource center with all infrastructure facilities.
  • The second task was to obtain visibility and attract audience to the website, for this we began with dynamic SEO service; capturing all major key words on a National level.
  • The third leg of the project was ongoing social media reinforcement, projecting WIP’s service infrastructure. We aimed at keeping this live and active with regular social media feeds by providing ongoing online media content in forms of Press releases, Newsletters, Emailers and many more such initiatives.

Our focus was to keep all design & content communication propagated through the web portal as well as social media platforms interactive and informative. Each time we cycled in fresh content and information about the usability of the IT infrastructure base the WIP offered. The results speak for our hard work & team efforts:

  • Derived 1st page ranking for ‘Wardha IT Park’, on Google for national level key words like ‘IT Park’, ‘It park in India’, ‘Best it park in India’ and many more. This drove in hundreds of direct enquiries to the web page, and lead to many conversions as well.
  • Over 100 targeted inquiries from top global decision makers of various IT Companies was initiated via Linkedin Ads. We also manage content posted across various web verticals and trade portals for WIP.
  • Created robust social media presence; we manage their social media dialogue with more than 6000+ connections of WIP via Newsletter and Press releases relevant to the audience.
